What version of Laserfiche are you using? Can you attach a copy of the error message?
Hi Jaffar,
There are a lot of things that could be going on here, and it's difficult to tell without more information. Blake has asked some great questions. Some other information that would be helpful: What products are you using? How are you saving the files? Does this happen for all users? Does this happen no matter where you try to save the file?
With a bit more information, we'll be able to determine if this is unexpected behavior, or just a misconfiguration.
I am having this same issue but ONLY with the PDF's merged using Powershell. I recently upgraded my PC and my Laserfiche to 9.1. I am the only one in the office that uses the Powershell program to image our documents. All items are imaged into our main repository. I would really love an answer to this issue. Thank you.
Hi Lori,
Your issue appears to be different than what the original question was asking about. It seems you are getting the error when trying to import a PDF file into the repository. I believe that you may also have the option to generate pages for PDF files during import enabled and that's what's causing the error. It would be best to contact your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case and provide us with a copy of the PDF that you get the error with, if possible.
Regards
Thank you, I will do that
Lori,
The issue you are experiencing is specific to the PDF file trying to be imported. We've obtained a copy of that PDF and will investigate the matter. A bug has been filed for now and you can workaround the matter by using Laserfiche Snapshot to generate an image from the PDF.

I was getting the same error in 9.1 while importing a PDF file. One solution was to use snapshot. The other fix is to install 9.2 client. It worked in 9.2. Not a crisp solution, but in the Office Cubicle Trenches arena, you have to do something to get them going.
