Workflow Designer shows template being assigned successfully, but the client doesn't.

 Hi everyone:

 

This seems sort of strange...

 

I have a file with a specific template, let's say "template A". When a specific condition is met, I have workflow assigning a new template, say, "template B".

 

Now I prepared my test environment to satisfy the condition, and it does. the token tracker shows evidence of the template being assigned successfully, and no errors returned. However, when I go to the client and check the results, the template hasn't been assigned.

 

has anyone experienced this before?

What version of the Designer are you using?

I'm using 9.0.2

Do you have other workflows acting on this document at the same time?

I do not.

 

I have a workflow scheduled to invoke a few activities after that specific Conditional Sequence, however, my specific instance wouldn't invoke it anyway. Apart from that, I have a couple of queries running to extract information from an access database... 'recent activity' shows that only one workflow is working on this document as well..
