Currently there's no way to copy forms or process models from one business process and paste them into another. If it would be faster, you could copy the business process from the Manage page and then make changes to the form.

This Laserfiche Tech Tip article may help. http://www.laserfiche.com/ecmblog/article/tech-tip-laserfiche-forms-business-process-templates

You can also create your templates from your existing processes. These templates include the original business process’ configured process model and forms.

To create a custom template:

  1. From the Manage page, select the business process you want to use as a template.
  2. Export the business process by clicking Export in the toolbar. The process will be exported as an XML file and it will be saved in your Downloads folder.
  3. Move the XML file into the following location on the Forms server: C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\Template.
  4. To use the template you’ve just created, follow the steps outlined in the “To use a business process template” section above.

Great idea! Using process templates is a great idea if you know ahead of time you want to reuse the process model from one process when you are building another one.
