So has anyone created an integration between their Web Based CRM (Encore) and Laserfiche Weblink?  Have a customer that wants to be able to be in the CRM Customer Information Screen and go directly to a document in Laserfiche using Weblink.

I don't know about going through Weblink, but Affinity can do what you're talking about using Web Access or the Client.
