Dears,

We face in FIFA Laserfiche implementation in Qatar very big issue. The users work with version feature and they rely on it in their daily work. we've implemented business process workflows that covers many important areas like correspondences, transmittal, and so on.

We are using Laserfiche user account called WORKFLOW as workflow agent.

The problem is whenever the workflow user changes in a document which is under version control that changes are reflected as new versions created by workflows - a lot of versions!!!

those versions are not related to their business and the users highly refuse it.

Please tell us how to exclude the workflow user from creating new versions if the document is under version control??? this is very important and represents an impediment for our progress.
