You can add public stamps through the desktop Client (there is also some beta help documentation in Spanish) or Web Access.

I have several stamps (See file sellos.png and sellos2.png) I apply to multiple documents.
Several stamps are public or personal. However, In workflow designer 9.0 , properties
control stamp, dialog window stamp selection, not visible this stamps public created
from client laserfiche (See file sellos3.png).
How show, stamps created in client laserfiche in dialog window stamp selection for selection?

Yo tengo creado varios sellos(ver figura sellos.png y sellos2.png), desde client laserfiche, que puedo aplicar a varios documentos
almacenados en el repositorio. Algunos de ellos publicos y otros privados. Sin embargo cuando
voy al workflow designer y agrego un control y quiero seleccionar un sello creado desde el client
laserfiche, no aparece ningun elemento en la lista de la ventana stamp selection ?
Como visualizar los sellos creados en el client laserfiche ,desde la ventana stamp selection ?

Make sure that you have the correct Connection Profile for the Workflow; you may be connecting to the wrong repository, or connecting as a user that does not have the correct permissions. You can view the Connection Profiles this specific Workflow by clicking in a blank area of your Workflow, then looking for the box "Connection Profiles" on the right. You may need to create a new Connection Profile.
