Hi,

My customer has a Sharp MX-M623N MFP that can utilize something called Laserfiche OSA and Laserfiche OSA Service to send documents directly to Laserfiche from it. They're moving to a new server and want to transfer this to it. I haven't heard of this software/service before. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to obtain them? Is the only way to contact a Sharp vendor?

Hi Brian,

I've never heard of Laserfiche OSA myself! It's not a product created by the Laserfiche development team. After doing some searching, it appears that the Laserfiche/Sharp OSA integration may have been created by another one of our resellers: Crabtree. I don't know if it's still being developed or supported, but getting a hold of them is probably a good starting place.
