Question

Multi-Value Token Limit

asked on January 28, 2014

I have ~30,000 Entry ID's i need to run through workflow. I was thinking about adding the ID's to a multivalue token through a query, but I'm not sure if there is a hard limit on the number of values a multi-value token can hold. So my question is: is there a limit? Or, does someone else have any suggestions on a better way to run this amount of documents through without running workflow against the entire repository?

Thanks,

Check out Chris Hagen's recommendation on this post. It worked out great for me!

I was able to accomplish this in a rather round about way. Since my Entry ID's were already in a SQL Table i used a custom query to return all of the entry ID's and ran my workflow inside of a for each row action.
