Reasons for Error 9051 on iPad?

I have a client that got a 9051 error on an iPad and if you refer to the link below, not much information is provided for the error #.

The issue is intermittent but it does not make much sense in the first place to have it when operations are already so limited and the user claims to have been scrolling on the iPad. 

 

Is it possible that they might have clicked an icon to perform an action they were unable to do and that is what happened?

 

Insight as to what might be the cause would be greatly appreciated.

Can you upload the event viewer log for the machine that has Web Access / Mobile Add-On installed? It would also be helpful to ask your client to take a screenshot of the error next time so we may know the precise context of the error.
