Backup Error

Hello

When I do backup using some software, I get the error below, why?

Without seeing the actual extension it's hard to tell, but could a document be open or locked for another reason possibly? If a document is open or a process is running that involves that file it will lock it. Does your software have an open file backup option by chance?

It's likely that lfs.exe has the file open while you are attempting to back up your volume. Shutting down the LFS service before running your backup should resolve this. Alternatively, you may want to investigate if your backup program has the ability to back up open files.
