Administration Quick Fields Version 9

QF Web admin stopped working. Shows server status: stopped.

On the server event viewer there is an error - no systemauth in cookies. Image is attached. Was working initially when we had this set up. Any ideas?

Is the Laserfiche Quick Fields Agent service running?

Yes it is running on quick fields server. I can change settings like email notifications etc in QF admin console there. But not from web admin.

Web admin is set up in laserfiche production server. Our VAR is not sure what is causing this too. They are not aware of the settings in IIS.

Try logging in as a System Manager in Web Admin. Also make sure that if there is a firewall on the QFAgent machine, it allows traffic on port 8092.
