Hi

 

We ran into an issue where a user was getting a "Configuration system failed to initialize" error when trying to start a business process on a document.

 

For people out there experiencing the same issue the resolution we have found is :

 

1. Doing a repair on the Client or uninstalling, reboot and re-installing the client.

2. Adjusting the users UAC settings in windows. Rebooting the machine and retrying the Business process.

 

Off the 2 options above they have both worked on different users.
