Registry entry - Outlook 2013 Laserfiche add-in

For some reason, the Laserfiche add-in gets disabled in Outlook 2013.  does anyone have the correct path in the registry so I can set the "LoadBehavior" = 3?

If you are using x64 version of Outlook 2013, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Outlook2013SaveToLaserfiche.SaveInOutlook. try HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAREWow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Outlook2013SaveToLaserfiche.SaveInOutlook otherwise.

Actually mine worked when i set the value to 2, and the first option in regedit is correct for my environment.

 

So click windows key +R

Type in "regedit"

Navigate to: KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Outlook2013SaveToLaserfiche.SaveInOutlook

Now in the right pane, double-click on the "LoadBehavior"

Change the value to 2

Restart Outlook
