I have a user that frequently is adding pages to an existing document using the LF Scanning interface. Recently (and it seems to effect only her), she opens the document, launches the scanning, scans, and stores the document fine...however, she can't close the document she just scanned into...so then Laserfiche hangs up and doesn't respond. They have no expansion DB's so I couldn't change the AutoClose on the Expansion DB's...any thoughts? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something before I open case with support.
