Unable to locate the provided external database table. [9227]

Trying to register an external table in Metadata Management in LF admin console. MS-SQL DB is on the repository server. What credentials does it try to use? How do you pass SQL login credentials?

The LF Server service needs access to the table so you would have make that available in SQL. It also needs to be on the same SQL server as your repository. I have added the table to the LF database for the ones I have done and that works fine.
