Faxing Issues?

Have a customer that is using Small Business Server 2011 and the built in fax server that comes with it (Windows Fax/Scan). They have no issues faxing from outside Laserfiche, they can fax Word Docs, PDF files from within Laserfiche, however, when they try to fax a TIFF from within Laserfiche, only the 1st page get's sent, and the remaning pages are never rendered? Anyone else see anything like this if so, how did you remedy?

In the Client, go to Tools > Options > Print > Images and uncheck the option "Auto-detect page orientation." See if that addresses the matter. If it does, then it seems that the customer may be using a 9.0.0 or 9.0.1 Client. The 9.0.2 Client fixed an issue when "Auto-detect page orientation" is enabled.

The "Auto-detect page orientation" was already unchecked!

The client suspected it may be an issue with their fax service...I haven't heard from them so I assume it's working now.
