Your question implies something other than compatibility issues. Can you please be more specific?

Customer logs in to Web Access 9.0.2 using I.E.11and can’t get past the log in screen. (Google Chrome and I.E. 10 work fine)

When he enabled "compatibility view" per LF KB 1013358 he was able to log in using I.E.11, but then the yellow “disable  IE Compatibility View” message displays.

Will upgrading to Web Access 9.1 allow him to log in normally?

At this point in time, "LF RIO 9.1.3 has no compatiability issues with IE 11 or chrome" Correct?

Hi Matthew,

The compatibility states "Web Access is best viewed using Internet Explorer 9 or later (Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8 are supported), Firefox 3 or later, Safari 4 or later, Chrome 6 or later."

Full release notes and known issues for WA 9.1.1 can be found here - https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013419

Hope this helps!
