There is a warning that my user account is not a system manager. I have tried adding the user to the system managers under the server tab without any success. Has anyone else had this issue? This is in the latest 9.1 version and I am unable to get it to work in multiple environments including the Empower14 VM.

We've found the bug. It will be fixed in the upcoming version 9.1.1 of Web Admin.

Are you doing this from an Administative Account and not the account that lacks System Managers rights?
Please provide screenshots or more information so myself or others can better assist you with this problem.
I go into the Web Administration Console on the VM.
I select my server, then I select the Server Settings tab.
I add my domain account Empower2014\Training as a System Manager and click Save.
Then select the Quick Fields Agent Administrator tab. I click on my server and I get the error.
That is very interesting. I recommend going over to the Info Center and ask them there so they can show you one-on-one how to handle this or what step you might have skipped.
I unfortunately am not that familiar with the web administration consoles, but maybe you should verify everything works in the normal "thick" client version first before trying the web administration consoles.
Ok, thanks. The client version of QF agent is working without any issue on both the customer's production environment and my VM.
That is interesting. I hope if you go to the Info Center that you share what is going on so that I know in the future. I am curious to find out
Any updates?
