Download the RAR file and extract.  

Launch Parallels

Open menu browse to main file

Parallels will convert and launch the virtual system

 

It runs faster on my Mac than my windows machine

This is how I did the Advanced Training last June. Myself and one other "Mac Infidel" were able to follow along and do everything exactly the same as our colleagues.
