I only have a "Prospect" login and unable to get pass the login screen when clicking on the link. I've already reset my password a couple of times and tried different browers too.
Our Laserfiche product will not be installed until the end of this February.
I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow.
There will be laptops available there for use in Labs but the download is only 15gbs and I assume someone can put it on a flash drive for you to get or will already have it on one.

The download worked for me, but it seems you need a support account.
If you go by the info center once you get to Empower I think they might help you get it loaded there as well. There are always EXTREMELY helpful people in the Info center.
By the way for anyone else interested, this VM also works running under VMWare Fusion on a Mac.
I wish you had said Parallels as that is what I have currently for my personal machine. Guess I'll be taking my other laptop though, which was expected.
Hi I have a Mac with VMWare Fusion. I downloaded the 15gb of Empower 2014 files. How do I get Fusion to play the vmdk files?
UPDATE: I figured out what was wrong. My download was incomplete. I didn't have all of the files. The VM works great on a Mac equipped with Fusion.
How do I reset the Empower 2014 VM back to the original? We have made some changes and played with some stuff but now would like it back to the original settings from conference.
