scan button inactive or disable

Hi every body

I have problem when I open LF client or webaccess and try press "scan button" it is inactivated or disabled

ok I try by admin account or another user and I ensure all rights

can any one have solution

As Craig said, check that you have the correct rights for your user. More specifically, the user needs to have the Scan feature right, the Create Documents access right if you're creating a new document or the Append Data if you're scanning into an existing document. Moreover, if you're using the Laserfiche Client ensure that you have installed Laserfiche Scanning, and if you're using Web Access ensure you have installed the Web Access Scanning module.

I have seen this happen when either the user does not have scan rights on the user account or if they are a member of a group that does not have rights with-in a folder.  Also make sure there are no conflicting groups the user is a member of.  If the user is a member of two groups and one group does not have access to the folder then Laserfiche will not allow the access.  Laserfiche will always err on the side of caution when access is involved.
