Public Forms

I'm trying to set up a form that can be filled out without the need to log in, so non-Laserfiche users can fill out forms for our client.  In the "Access Rights" section, there isn't a public setting.
There seems to be two different methods mentioned in other answers concerning this.

 

First: Public Portal Add-On for Forms
I am currently unable to find this add-on anywhere.  It's mentioned in a few kb articles, but no mention of how to actually install it.

 

Second: Different Activation Key

Supposedly there are two activation keys now. Both a standard forms key and a specific key for the portal.  I only have one activation key for each license of Forms.

What am I missing?

Hi Josh,

 

If you are referring to your VAR Kit copy of Avante Forms, then Forms Portal is not included as part of it. If this is for an actual customer that you've confirmed to have ordered Avante Forms Portal, then yes there will be a second activation key for them to use to obtain a license with the feature. If there is a problem with the latter, then please contact Laserfiche Support.
