Error while trying to install Laserfiche Mobile add-on 9.0

 Hi all,

 

I am new in this forum. I have been trying to install Laserfiche Mobile add-on 9.0 but every time i get the same error before the installation finishes: "Installation failed. The  installation will be rolled back in the background." (see error attached)

 

I have currently installed:

Laserfiche 9.0 Server Suite

Laserfiche 9.0 Client Suite

Laserfiche Web Access 9.0

 

 

I tried installing the new version of Laserfiche Mobile add-on 9.1 but get the same error.

Everything is working fine with no error.

 

Any suggestions on what could be the problem or where should i check?

It was actually the Firewall that was disabled.

I enabled it and got it working. Thanks

hello Andres

is OS windows 7 ?i am also facing the same error when i try to install on Windows 7 (64 bit) but when we try install on windows server 2008 and it is working fine so i guess there is something wrong ? i already opened a case on support site & waiting for the solution.
