Hello Mazahir,
Installation of Laserfiche Client or Web Access is not supported on the Windows CE platform. Web Access is best viewed using Internet Explorer 9 or later (IE 7 and IE 8 are supported), Firefox 3 or later, Safari 4 or later, Chrome 6 or later. I believe Windows CE comes with IE 6 so that is not a supported web browser.
Can you tell us your use case for accessing Laserfiche Client or Web Access through Windows CE?
Since CE does have the ability to have a web browser, the answer is yes, it can support Web Access.
LF Client however, I am not sure about.
In both cases, this is not a tested use case and results may vary. I have not read any documentation that leads me to believe they have tested Web Acccess for CE and I doubt they will start trying to in the future.
