How to log into the Repository in the Laserfiche IPhone App?

How to do I log into the Repository in the Laserfiche IPhone App? I have tried multiple ways to log in and it either times out or says Mobile add-on Not Installed and it is.

So you must have Laserfiche Web Access installed along with the Laserfiche Mobile add-on on a web server accessible from where you are trying to log in. I usually have the best luck using IP address/Laserfiche, depending on how your virtual directory is configured. So http://serverIP/Laserfiche.

Hi John,

Thanks for your response. I do have both the Web Access and the Mobile add-on on the web server so I need to look more into why it is not working properly. Thank you so much for your response. Hopefully we can figure out why it is not working.

I have faced this issue before when installed Webaccess 9.1 and Mobile add-on 9.0.2.

The solution : by install same version of Webaccess 9.1 with Mobile 9.1

What are your versions of LF server, Web Access and Mobile?

Hi John,

LF server is 9.0.3

Web Access is 9.0.2

Mobile is 9.0

I am kind of at a loss. Do you have the Mobile virtual directory in IIS enabled for Anonymous access? That's the only thing I see that could be affecting it.
