I don't believe there is a built in feature that does that. However, you can achieve this using a script to run a schedule base workflow to monitor the # of volumes. Maybe you can ask for a feature request.

Edit: Another alternative is to create a batch file that monitors the volumes folder for any new folder created. This batch file will be used by Windows Task Scheduler which will also alert the user.
