universal capture file limit

 I'm using quickfields 8. Is there any way to configure a universal capture session to only retrieve  a certain number of documents?

No, Universal Capture does not have a limit. You can only specify how many documents it can queue up waiting for them to be processed, but it will eventually scan all documents in the target folder.
