I know we can organize workflows by folders. I wanted to further organize these based on sub classifications. It would be a good use case to be able to have folder tree like structure for workflows. Having 100+ workflows on one server can become very difficult to manage. What do you think?

Oh, i see. Those are not customizable. You can, however, turn them off completely from Tools\Options\Rule Manager and just create your own custom folder structure.
What sort of subfolders were you thinking of? Would they be related to the pre-set categories or related to the workflow names or just your own?

You can. If you select one of the folders you created and choose Add New Folder from its context menu, you would creating a subfolder of the selected folder.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to create sub-folders under "All Workflows", "All Recently Published" - Laserfiche original folders.
