I use to work for a VAR and attended the Laserfiche Conference each year I was with the VAR. Is there a way to get those Conference Badges added to my profile in Laserfiche Answers?

Gareth,
It looks like there was a glitch in the system we use for CPP exams and the certification records. It has a record of you passing the exam, but somehow did not grant the certificate. Your Advanced Security badge should show up soon (Answers updates its records once a day, so post back if your fish is not there by Friday).

I'll see what we can do.
This seems like a silly request so I apologize, but my Advanced Security badge is also missing. Might be a larger bug.
The conference badges are tied to the username used for registration. If you change companies, the old account gets locked and you register under the new company (usually as separate events, so there is no easy way to tell if you were registered before). If you let us know, we can merge the accounts.
The CPP badges come from a different set of database tables, I'll have somebody check on that.
What information do I need to let you know to get the accounts merged?
I'd need the names of the 2 accounts on the old forums. I'm not sure you still care about those now that we switched to Answers.
I see that I badges for 2010 and 2011 are now showing. I should have badges going back to 2007. Is there a way to get the remaining badges added?
Unfortunately, we've changed systems mid-2009, so records of participation to the conference before that are somewhat....hazy. Most people's conference badges only go back to 2010 (employees were recorded separately). We're still looking at getting the old data in, but it's turning out to be more complicated than expected.
I was previously with another company and would like to get my conference badges associated with my new user account. How do I go about doing that?
