Forms 9.1 and group permissions

Hi with the upgrade to forms 9.1 it seems that AD group permissions no longer work when assigning the submitter role.  Is anyone else having this problem?

The fix for this was uninstalling Forms then installing Forms 9.1.0.1441 and also creating a new database.

Make sure to backup your existing forms and themes before the uninstall/install.
