We just migrated a client's system from 7.2.1 to 9.0.3, and noticed that if a document in 7 did not have a value for a field, it did not get a row in propval.  However, new documents in 9 always got a row in propval, whether the field had a value or not.  So, I am just curious, were the rows for empty fields for migrated documents left off to improve the migration speed?  Or, is there a different reason?
