Is .dbf a supported ODBC lookup source for Laserfiche?

Good Morning,

I am trying to use a data source with an extension of .dbf for my Workflow lookup source. I am able to configure the source so that the table and columns show up in Workflow, but when I test the Query no results are returned. I have verified that the unique lookup values exist in the database. When running the same query in SQL Developer results do return for the same unique lookup keys, so I am guessing this my be a data source type that is not supported by Laserfiche?

Is that a DBase file? It should work. Depending on how SQL Developer connects to the database, the fact that you can get data in there but not through ODBC may indicate a driver problem.

Hello Miruna,

Yes, it is a DBase file. I will trying setting up the lookup on another machine with different drivers and see if I get different results. Thanks for the input.
