Is is possible to link folders or documents to other folders through Workflow's "Create Link".  Through the Client you can link folder to another folder or document.  However using this activity in Workflow (if you point it to the Entry ID of a folder we get the error "The entry with ID # was a folder or a shortcut.  Links can only be created between documents".  

But it works in the Client.  Is this indeed how it is supposed to work or am I missing something.  Many times users will link a folder to different folder and documents.  We'd like to use Workflow to manage a little of that but can't seem to use folders.
