For audit reasons, we need to provide different "reasons" or "reason codes" for documents in specific folders. For example, I need to report reason A, B or C for the Benefits folder; but I need 1, 2 or 3 for the Psych folder. These reasons are specific to the type of documents within a folder and why the user is printing/exporting those documents. Reasons are currently tied to a group but the group may have access to multiple differing folders.  I need the print reasons tied to documents within specific folders such that if a user access a folder, they have a specific list for printing/exporting to choose from for that folder.
