Is it possible to create a folder filter expression based on a template instead of on a field?

 I am trying to set a folder filter expression based on a template that is assigned. I can create a filter using a field and field value but can not seem to set it based on a template only.

An example: entry.pset_name = 'General' will filter out any entries that aren't assigned the General template.

I am also trying to use a similar expression.....could anyone elaborate on the full syntax to use for this?
