I created a new workflow but upon running it doesn't move to the next stage even after the conditions have been satisfied. I really need help on this.

I've linked a few more help pages for you here.  (Cathy also provides good instructions and links)

1. In the Workflow Designer, search your workflow instances and look through the instance details to see how far your workflow progressed, if there are any errors, and how conditions have evaluated. If your workflow's progression depends on specific token values, check the tokens tab. If the token tab doesn't appear, try adding the Track Tokens activity at key points in your workflow and running it again.

2. If your workflow does not appear in the search results, open the Workflow Administration Console and check the Subscriber Trace Log. (Cathy provides good instructions for accessing this.) If no activity is showing in the Subscriber Trace Log, ensure the Subscriber is running. If it is running, click on the event that should have satisfied the starting rule and examine how the condition was evaluated.

I also recommend checking out the Troubleshooting Workflow white papers:

Please check out the Troubleshooting section of the Workflow help files.

What kind of condition needs to be satisfied? Can you see the workflow instance started in the Workflow Designer? If the instance can be found, make sure the Workflow Subscriber services has been turned on.

If Workflow Subscriber is on, then the next thing to check is the Subscriber Tracer, found in Workflow Administration Console under Monitor>Subscribers>[Machine Name]. This will show exactly what conditions the Subscriber is waiting to be satisfied so make sure all the conditions are actually satisfied. More information about the Subscriber Tracer can be found here.

you can also look at the instance in workflow designer and make sure the conditions are truly being satisfied by the logic of the workflow and not what you believe the logic is. Sometimes there are mistakes in the logic of the statements you set, as well as mistakes on workflow's end. I suggest making sure you are up to date on the hotfixes as they will ensure the best results possible
