Dragging and dropping email into LF Client from MS Office 365 Hosted Outlook/Exchange?

Do you know if a laserfiche user with MS Office 365 hosted Outlook (web based) could drag an email into the Laserfiche client, in the same way as if they were using desktop Outlook? I suspect not, but wanted to confirm.

I think you are asking about the web-based email service? 

 

If you are using the Outlook client on a machine with Office365 as the back-end, then it is no different than your normal Outlook client with any back-end.

 

For the web-based Outlook query, I cannot seem to do this task inside of Office365, but you can always use snapshot to print it to laserfiche.
