An error occurs when launching Laserfiche Forms 9.1

 I successfully configure forms but upon launching the application, i receive an error message. I have attached a screenshot. I have tried the two workaround methods specified in the KB but i still encounter the same error.  Please i need help with this.

This issue occurs in Forms 9.0.x when the machine Forms is installed on is missing some dependencies for the License Reader. Ensuring that Enable 32-Bit Applications is set to True for the FormsAppPool in IIS can sometimes resolve this issue for Forms 9.0.x. Upgrading to Forms 9.1 resolves this issue.

Is this a 64-bit machine? Check that the application pool for Forms is set to enable 32-bit applications.
