Does Laserfiche Mobile work in conjunction with an Apple App called Good?
I think I can help here - I wear the hats of both "Laserfiche Administrator" and "Good Administrator."
(Yes, it is a terrible name.)
"Good" offers a framework for other apps to use, where they wrap the networking and data inside a secure shell. This is especially useful for BYOD scenarios.
For example, they have the "Good Share" app which allows users to access corporate network shares through the connectivity of the "Good" network, and using the credentials already supplied for the Good Email app, on a personal device.
The administrator can put all sorts of controls on JUST the Good apps, but not the whole phone. (Again, great for BYOD.)
So, a Laserfiche for Good app would use the Good framework to authenticate and for connectivity back to the LF servers inside the firewall. The connectivity happens automatically without the IT staff having to punch more holes in the firewall or exposing servers to the Internet, for instance.
(It may help if you think of this as a Blackberry in an App.)
The IT staff can also disable the apps and remove the corporate data whenever they choose.
I'd love to see it, as we are a Good customer, but it might be a niche market inside a niche market.

For the most part, it looks like Good and Laserfiche occupy pretty different spaces. I don't see any real obvious points of integration. Is there something in particular that you're looking for? Julia is one of the lead developers for Laserfiche Mobile, so this is a great opportunity to make your case for an integration :)
Actually, this is a good idea. I'm in the same boat as the OP. LF and Good admin. The web app on mobile devices leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. While I agree the technologies occupy very different spaces, the integration with Good would allow Laserfiche to use the encrypted tunnel through their NOC to connect to the LF server. As stated previously, if someone exports\downloads\etc files from the repository, they would be in the Good\LF container and able to managed without wiping the entire device.
As long as exporting from within the Good container isn't enabled, it also allows for DLP to be put in place on mobile devices. I would love to see this if it's not already on the roadmap.
