Answer
Oh, I see, you've used the admin account in connection profiles in Workflow as well. Laserfiche usually recommends that you create a dedicated user for Workflow.
To change the password for the connection profile used in WF, you need to open each workflow, update the password and then republish them. You can create a connection profile with the new password, then open each workflow, change the connection profile and republish. Note that running workflow instances will not update their connection profile.
As of Workflow 9.0.2, you can set up connection redirects for running workflows, but you will still have to republish the workflow definitions to update the connection profile.
If you're using admin in any other LF software that saves user credentials, like Quick Fields sessions, Import Agent schedules, "save to Laserfiche" configuration in Forms, Audit Trail, those would need to be updated separately.

It only needs to be changed once. You can do it through the Admin Console, or, if you're logged into the Client as that user, you can do it through the Tools\Options dialog from there.
When referring to the Admin password changing it on one place does not work. If you go into the Admin Console and change the password you are able to go into LF Client with the new password, however the workflows do not work unless you change the password back to the default. Would you know why this is happening? Thank you so much!
Jennifer,
You need to update Workflow Subscriber to use the new password.
Also, if you use the admin user as the service account for products like Weblink or Forms you will need to also update in there respective configuration menus the password.
I think Audit Trail as well would need this, but not 100% sure
Thank you so much! All this information has really helped me.
