Hi Karim,
As Ken points out, iOS does not have native support for .msg or .eml files. You'll need to specifically install an app that provides .msg-viewing support in order to open emails from Laserfiche Mobile (or on the iPad at all, for that matter). There are a few available on the App Store that you may want to look into.
If you are able to open the email file and there's an attachment inside, you'll be able to open it if you have a viewer for that file type. iOS provides PDF support out of the box, so it sounds like you're in good shape. Though, again as Ken mentions, you can choose configure Laserfiche to store attachments side-by-side with your emails rather than leaving them as part of the email. Depending on your use case, this may eliminate the need to open the email in the first place.
