What is your use case here?  The Account Conversion utility that you are referencing is designed to help admins transition from Laserfiche users to domain accounts which, in most cases, is highly recommended.  Since neither Windows Accounts nor LDAP accounts are Laserfiche accounts, the utility you're looking for might be available, but it wouldn't be provided by Laserfiche.

Rob/Ege, here is a bit of background and he just asked an additional question.

User has Rio9 and they need to use LDAP accounts accessing AD for authentication however some users are trying to use the client from PCS that are not joined to the AD domain. He knows that Kerberos authenticatin for domain accounts won't work unless pc is part of the domain.
He is also aware of  group synchronization and that is only available with Windows/AD accounts.

What is your use case? Laserfiche supports both type of accounts.

Yes I know LF support both types but that is not what I am asking.  LF has a utility that migrates repository users to Windows Accounts so is there a tool/utility that will migrate Windows accts to LDAP accounts ?

Can you please tell us the use case? Windows Active Directory is a specialized implementation of LDAP. What exactly are you trying to do, and why do you need to "migrate" Windows accounts to LDAP accounts?

What are you looking for us to answer?  In my initial post, I asked for more information and then told you that Laserfiche doesn't provide the tool that you are looking for.  If I have missed something, please let me know!

You're not bothering us, there just wasn't much more we could to to help you out.  Have you tried other methods for finding this tool?  You may want to try asking Microsoft if they have any utilities to convert these accounts.
