I was wondering how to link together my account and a coworkers as we are both apart of the same VAR

What would be the goal to this link? Just to show that people are in the same organization when somebody looks at their profile?
To clarify, are you asking if you and your coworkers can be represented as a single entity in terms of reputation ranking and/or counting?
well in the VAR stats in the reputation breakdown, their is currently no distinction between personal and VAR stats. It's kinda pointless information currently.
