Possible to show documents with watermark but without the license “advanced audit trail with watermark” ?
One additional point that I think gets at your question - Tag and Group watermarks require the 'Advanced Audit Trail' license feature. Optional watermarks do not have any license requirements.
Are you asking if there are other ways to apply a watermark? Watermarks are assigned to images in three different ways in Laserfiche. One way is through tag watermarks, which are configured by an administrator on a per tag basis. Another way to assign watermarks is through groups of users. The last way is using optional watermarks, which can only be applied to a document if no tag or group watermarks are present.
