Quick Fields: Insert Local Enhancement

Is “Insert Local Enhancement” a feature in Quickfields that requires certain licensing? Or is there just certain conditions that have to be met for you to be able to use it? I am on my demo machine and it’s grayed out for me.

Local image enhancements can be applied to most, but not all, Quick Fields processes (based on whether or not the process is directly interacting with the scanned image, and therefore if it can benefit from an image enhancement). For example, image-based processes such as OmniPage OCR, OmniPage Zone OCR, OMR, and Barcode can have local enhancements applied, while more token-based processes such as Pattern Matching and Lookup cannot have local enhancements added.
