One of our customers is looking to upgrade to Laserfiche 9 in June. They are predominantly running Windows XP on the clients but have a mix of Windows 7 and 8 as well. From what I understand, on occasion workstations that are running Windows XP and have been upgraded to Laserfiche 9 have had some issues with the scanning interface not fully closing. I wanted to check on two things:
1) What is the estimated timeline on getting a fix for the above issue?
2) If we upgrade the server to the lastest version of 9 and leave the XP clients on Laserfiche 8, will there be any issues?
