Problem with Attributes

Hello,

I am trying to give multiple users the same attributes and rather than doing it manually, I created a group with 5 users that are supposed to be getting these attributes. Even after applying the attributes to the group none of the users got them. Please let me know what could be the issue here. I am using version 9.0.1 if that makes a difference.

Hello,

Groups do not actually have their attributes apply to users in them. The only exception to this is the Everyone group.

I know the UI is a bit misleading, since it does show an Attributes tab for Groups. However, implementing attributes for groups is very tricky since there are many possible conflicts with no easy way to resolve them.

At this point, your options are to copy the attributes to each user individually, or use the Everyone group.
