HP Deskjet 3000 series compatibility

A client of ours wants to know whether the HP Scanjet 3000 series is compatible with Laserfiche Scanning. They upgraded their machines to Windows 7 and don’t have any compatible drivers. The HP Scanjet 3000 is not in the list of compatible scanners.

In general, if a scanner has TWAIN or ISIS drivers then it should be able to scan directly into Laserfiche (A quick Google search seems to suggest that there are Windows 7 compatible drivers available for the Scanjet 3000). Even if there are no TWAIN or ISIS drivers available for a particular scanner, you can always scan to a network location and then scan/import the documents into Laserfiche using Universal Capture or Import Agent.
