Is there a way to see the sessions that are queued up to run? From the LF Quick Fields Agent Admin Console, I can see the session that is queued up…but my question is in the event, if a session took longer to run than the intervals, and 2 or more sessions are queued, where do we see that kind of info? Can we limit the number that can be queued? Any clarification on this topic would be appreciated, thanks

Question
QuickFields - Queued Sessions and Scheduling
Answer
Quick Fields Agent 8 actually has an option for parallel processing, which means it can be set to run more than one session simultaneously. For example, if two sessions are both scheduled to run at 3:00 PM, they could both run at the same time. Performance can vary based on the types of sessions to be run in parallel. If only one of the sessions is resource intensive, they should both perform well with parallel processing, but with more than one session involving resource-intensive processes such as OCR, the performance of both may be reduced. Please note that for each installation of Quick Fields, a maximum of two sessions can run per CPU on the machine running the Quick Fields Agent Service.
After Quick Fields Agent has run sessions, you can view logs of the results, such as how many documents were processed, how long the session took to run, and whether there were any errors. The settings for these logs are set in the Quick Fields Agent Administration Console but the logs themselves will be in the Windows Event Log.
Let me know if you need any additional clarification.

You can customize the columns you see in the Quick Field Agent's Admin Console. If you select the Schedules node and look in the View menu, you can add the "Queue Position" column to the list.
There is no way to set a limit to the number of sessions in the queue, but Quick Fields merges queued runs for the same schedule if it misses its run time more than once in a row (for ex, if the session timer goes off and it gets queued, then while it waits in the queue, the next run time also passes, the session is not added to the queue again since it's already in there). So the queue will have at most one less than the number of schedules.
You can also set priorities for schedules, so they get moved up or down the queue.
