First of all thank you in advance,

I have a query and would like a confirmation before giving an answer to the below question:

Can you please confirm for me that if drag and drop option into Laserfiche Web Access - Mac is supported using:
-Mac
-Web Access 9.0.2
-Firefox browser
-Any other browser i.e Safari
-----

As mentioned above, just require a confirmation in regards to this,

Drag and drop is completely based on the browser – the operating system should have no bearing on it. Currently, the feature is supported on Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer 10. Of course, only the first two will be relevant in a Mac environment. It also seems to work on Safari, but it is not officially supported (meaning if the customer runs into an issue with it, they should fall back to Firefox or Chrome).

Note that this is for Web Access 9.0.2, like you mentioned.
